About the Diamond Lounge

What are the Diamond Lounges at Brussels Airport?

‘The Diamond Lounges’ are the two lounges operated by Autogrill. They can be found in each pier (A/B) at the airport. These lounges offer a quiet place to wait for your flight and a large range of services.

Where can I find the Diamond Lounges?

If you are traveling within the Schengen zone, meaning you are departing from pier A, walk to gate A42. On the opposite side of the gate, you will find the escalator towards the lounges. At the top of the escalator turn right to go to the Diamond Lounge. The Diamond Lounge is open every day from 4.30 AM to 9 PM.

If you are traveling outside the Schengen zone, meaning you are departing from pier B, go to gates B01-B05. On the opposite side of the gates, you’ll find the stairs and elevator which will bring you to the lounges. The Diamond Lounge is open every day from 5 AM to 10 PM.

What are the opening hours of the Diamond Lounges?

The Diamond Lounge in pier A is open from 4.30 AM to 9 PM every day.
The Diamond Lounge in pier B is open from 5 AM to 10 PM every day.

What services can I get in the Diamond Lounge?

At the Diamond Lounges of Brussels Airport, you will find a little oasis of rest at pier A and pier B with a large range of services, such as:

Where can I buy a Lounge Pass?

Can I buy a Lounge Pass through the Brussels Airport app?

The Lounge Pass can only be bought online through the following platform: buymyloungepass.brusselsairport.be/en. This platform can be reached via the Brussels Airport website.

Can I buy a Lounge Pass regardless of frequent flyer status, membership or class of travel?

Yes, a Lounge Pass can be bought by all passengers regardless of the flight airline, flyer status or class of travel.

How much does a Lounge Pass cost?

A Lounge Pass costs 37.50 euros online and 42.50 euros at the counter. A Lounge Pass is valid for one person for a one-off visit in one of the 2 Diamond lounges pier (A/B) at the airport.

Can children access the Diamond Lounge for free?

Yes, we provide free access for children under 12 years of age.

What is included in the Lounge Pass price?

The Lounge Pass allows one person to enter the Diamond Lounge located in pier A or pier B according to your flight destination. Within the lounge, you can enjoy a wide range of services, such as:

  • Staff at your service
  • Free drinks: Beer & wine, Spirits & liquor
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet and Snacks
  • Newspapers & magazines
  • Telephones
  • TVs
  • Flight monitors
  • Free Wi-Fi

Is my Lounge Pass valid for any Diamond Lounge location (pier A/ pier B) or just the specific location that I book for?

Your Lounge Pass is valid for both Diamond Lounges, in pier A and pier B, at Brussels Airport. However, please be aware that your Lounge Pass is only valid for a one-off access in the lounge.

Is the admission to the Diamond Lounge guaranteed if I buy a Lounge Pass?

Yes, with a Lounge Pass you are guaranteed entry of the lounge at any point during opening hours: between 4.30 AM and 9PM for pier A and between 5 AM and 10 PM for pier B.

How long is my Lounge Pass valid for?

Your Lounge Pass has a validity of one year, as of purchase date. Once you have used your code to visit the lounge, it will be automatically deactivated as it is only valid for 1 lounge visit.

Can I transfer my Lounge Pass to another person?

Yes, you can. If the Lounge Pass is still valid and has not been used yet, it can be transferred to another person. The person receiving the Lounge Pass must possess either the QR code or the alphanumeric code (both of which are visible on the Lounge Pass), to be scanned or entered at the Diamond Lounge entrance to get access.

How do I transfer my Lounge Pass to another person?

To transfer your Lounge Pass to another person, you can click the “transfer button” on your profile and enter the email address of the receiver. The Lounge Pass will then be forwarded to the receiver, after which you will get a confirmation of the transfer via email. He/she can then scan the QR code or enter the alphanumeric code at the reception of the Diamond Lounge.

Can I buy a Lounge Pass as a gift for someone else?

Yes, you can buy a Lounge Pass through your profile and then transfer it to someone else using the above-mentioned transfer process through your profile.

How far in advance can I buy a Lounge Pass?

You can buy your Lounge Pass at any moment in time, and it is valid for one year, as of purchase date.

How many Lounge Passes can I buy at once?

There is no limit to the number of Lounge Passes that you can buy in one go. Each Pass is valid for one entrance only.

After I have purchased a Lounge Pass on the website, how can I enter the Diamond lounge?

You will receive a confirmation email with an alphanumeric code/QR code immediately after purchasing your Lounge Pass. When arriving at the Diamond Lounge, simply validate your pass by scanning the QR code or entering the alphanumeric code at the entrance.

Who can I contact for more information about payment and refund topics regarding my Lounge Pass?

For questions regarding payment information, payment issues, refund requests etc., you can send an e-mail to customer.care@brusselsairport.be.

Other

My flight has been cancelled, what now?

The Lounge Pass is valid for one year, as of purchase date, and is also transferable to another person. If you are unable to use it on the day you were planning to fly, you can use it for your next trip or you can transfer the Lounge Pass to another person who can benefit from it.

Is my Lounge Pass refundable?

You can request a refund within 14 days as of purchase date by sending an email to: customer.care@brusselsairport.be.

Is it safe to buy & pay online on the website?

We use industry-standard SSL encryption technologies when transferring and receiving confidential information (e.g. credit card details and personal information). The pages on which this information is exchanged are hosted on a secure and certified server. We also have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information we have collected from this website.

Can I make an edit to my purchase after I have received the confirmation email?

As your Lounge Pass is valid for one year, as of purchase date, you can use it whenever you want, without editing your purchase. You can always make an edit to your profile when placing an order. If you would like to add another pass for yourself or someone else, you can simply purchase them online on the platform again.

What if I cannot find my confirmation email anymore?

When you log in to your profile, you will see an overview of all the Lounge Passes you have bought that are still valid. You can simply retrieve your access code from there.

Do I need a printed version of my pass or is the confirmation e-mail on my phone enough?

You do not need to print your pass. As long as you have the digital QR code or the alphanumeric code of your Digital Lounge Pass, you can access the lounge.

What do I need to present at the lounge reception to get access? Do I need to show my boarding pass?

At the entrance of the Diamond lounge, you will need to scan your QR code, no other documents are required.
